A good review includes enough detail to give others a feel for what happened. Explain which factors contributed to your positive, negative or just so-so experience. You might also offer your view on what the company is doing well, and how they can improve. But keep things friendly and courteous!
Detailed, constructive and polite feedback in reviews is valuable input for our online review community, including the businesses reviewed.

Tell readers the complete title of the work and the name of its author or creator. Supply the publisher, publication date, and other information about when the piece was created and where readers or viewers can find it. Check your facts. The details in a review must be accurate.
Support your judgments with quotations or descriptions of scenes from the work. Also consult outside sources. Have other critics agreed with your opinion of this work? You may want to mention these reviews, too. Always make sure to cite other writers’ work correctly, if used.

How to write review
Like any other academic text, your literature review should have an introduction, a main body, and a conclusion. What you include in each depends on the objective of your literature review.

  • AND to find sources that contain more than one keyword (e.g. social media AND body image AND generation Z
  • OR to find sources that contain one of a range of synonyms (e.g. generation Z OR teenagers OR adolescents)
  • NOT to exclude results containing certain terms (e.g. apple NOT fruit)
