I don’t really want to even give 1* but have to. This company is an absolute joke! Avoid like the plague because they will rip you off and steal from you.
They take the first couple of payments just fine. Make you think everything is grand. Then they decide that they can’t take a payment. For absolutely no reason whatsoever, other than they want to screw you over and make a quick buck. So they message you and say, they couldn’t charge your card. They then add on charges. £10 here and there. £2.50 for texting you to tell you their lies! How kind! Basically they can tell you anything and add on however much they like when they never really tried charging your bank in the first place. My bank has today confirmed money is sat in there, and these robbing b***** have not once tried to take any.
I’ve been left with no choice but to file a complaint with the financial ombudsman and get my bank to block this company. You can’t email them. It goes ignored. They don’t list a phone number on their website. Wonder why? Because you don’t want the abuse no doubt!
Just do yourself a favour. Stay away. Save up for whatever you need instead because these Muppets are not worth the headache.

Payl8r doesn’t charge any monthly or annual fees for its services but you will need to pay a deposit after Payl8r accepts your application. This deposit is usually 10% of your total purchase amount but the exact amount will be shown on your summary. You’ll only end up paying more than your shopping total if you choose payment option 2 and accept the interest rate that will be added.
